Allison Lee is a Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) and Licensed Professional Music Therapist (LPMT) in Georgia who utilizes her creative skills and educational background to provide support and guidance for patients’ overall health and wellbeing. She has extensive experience across various clinical settings, ranging from pediatric psychiatry to geriatric care.
At Laurel Heights Hospital, she established the music therapy program and led group sessions for pediatric behavioral psychiatric patients. Her background also includes working with pediatric patients at Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone to help minimize stress and pain through music , as well as enhancing the quality of life and cognitive conditions for residents at The New Jewish Home. She is committed to using evidence-based music therapy to foster self-expression and improve patient outcomes.
